This is a temporary position for 6-8 weeks with the possibility of extension. As an employee at Stena Recycling, you will play an important role in receiving and handling different types of materials – in the right way and with high quality. The work mainly involves handling materials with a wheel loader, arranging pallets, and receiving customers, though other tasks also occur. You perform receiving inspections and quality controls to ensure that the materials meet our standards. In certain tasks, you work without mechanical assistance and handle materials more physically, which places high demands on safety and the ability to follow procedures. The work takes place at our facility, where you have daily contact with both business customers and private individuals, which means considerable customer interaction. You are also responsible for maintaining and caring for your machine as well as keeping your workplace organized and tidy. Work hours are Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're seeking someone who is responsible and ensures that work is performed in a safe and correct manner. You are innovative and enjoy sharing ideas and improvement suggestions. With a service-oriented attitude, you treat both customers and colleagues in a professional way. You have good communication skills, are attentive, and thrive with collaboration. Moreover, you are thorough and ensure that work is done correctly from the start. Requirements for the role: Class B driver's license Swedish & English, spoken and written Wheel loader operator's license (C2) Good computer skills Merits: Knowledge of iron and metals materials Production experience Excavator operator's license ADR 1.3 You will start as an employee of StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Stena Recycling.
