About the Role As a Consultant Manager/Key Account Manager, you'll be a central part of our growth journey. You'll have complete responsibility for your consultants – from recruitment and onboarding to development and follow-up. You'll work closely with both customers and employees, ensuring that all parties feel seen, heard, and satisfied. The role also includes: building and developing long-term customer relationships responsibility for staffing and assignment matching contributing to business development and growth recruiting and coaching new employees being an ambassador for our culture and values Who Are You?
