About the Role As a Consultant Manager/Key Account Manager, you'll be a central part of our growth journey. You'll have full responsibility for your consultants – from recruitment and onboarding to development and follow-up. You'll work closely with both clients and employees, ensuring that everyone feels seen, heard, and satisfied. The role also includes: Building and developing long-term customer relationships Responsibility for staffing and matching assignments Contributing to business development and growth Recruiting and coaching new employees Being an ambassador for our culture and values Who Are You?
