Responsibilities
You will be responsible for collecting and emptying waste and materials using a crane truck. There may also be rotation with other vehicles such as container washing trucks, front loaders, and service vehicles. You'll plan your routes with a focus on efficiency, environmental responsibility, and cost-effectiveness to provide the best possible service to our customers. In this role, you'll have daily communication with your team leader, traffic control, and, when needed, Renova's internal workshop.
The job involves:
The work requires you to be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Your responsibilities also include daily inspection and maintenance of the vehicle, as well as reporting incidents and near-misses through our systems. We encourage you to actively contribute to improvement efforts within the unit by reporting quality issues and suggesting improvements.
Our working hours vary and work on public holidays occurs.
Qualifications
You need to have:
- Upper secondary education
- Category C driving license
- YKB (Yrkeskompetens för kranförare - Professional certification for crane operators)
- Ability to speak, understand, and write Swedish at an independent level
- Good computer skills
Desirable qualifications:
- Mechanical background
- Crane certification or experience operating a crane
