We are looking for someone who has worked as a funeral advisor for at least 2 years and feels confident in your role.
Important qualities in the person we are seeking are that you are self-assured, attentive, empathetic, engaged, and well-organized. We place greater emphasis on your personality than your education and previous professional roles.
For understandable reasons, the workload can sometimes be uneven and working hours irregular. Your day might consist of, for example, client visits, picking up/preparing/casket placement of a deceased person, contacts with suppliers, administration, planning and conducting funerals. Therefore, you must be flexible by nature and enjoy providing excellent service in all situations. To be able to handle all work tasks, you need to have a driver's license (category B), access to your own car, and basic computer skills.
With us, you work independently under your own responsibility but are part of a positive community. In our team, we trust each other and support one another. You will receive practical training and we conduct joint visits so that both you and the client feel secure.
This is a permanent full-time position and we apply a six-month probationary period. Start date is by agreement and applications are processed continuously, so don't hesitate to get in touch.
