About the Position
We are now hiring CNC operators with experience in turning, milling, and/or multi-operation machines.
We welcome both those with several years of experience and those just starting their CNC career. The most important thing is that you have a technical interest, are detail-oriented, and enjoy working in the manufacturing industry.
As a CNC operator, you will run, monitor, and set up CNC machines for tasks such as turning, milling, and multi-operation machining. You are responsible for rigging machines, changing tools, and making necessary adjustments to ensure stable and efficient production. Your work also includes reading and interpreting drawings, performing measurements and quality inspections, and ensuring that parts meet the correct dimensions and quality standards. Depending on your experience, you may also work with programming. You work both independently and with colleagues to keep production running and contribute to a safe, precise, and efficient work environment.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience with CNC machining, such as turning, milling, or multi-operation machines.
- Has good understanding of blueprint reading and measurement techniques.
- Is detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and responsible.
- Has a technical interest and enjoys problem-solving.
- Can work independently but also enjoys teamwork.
- Is flexible and quickly adapts to new machines and work methods.
- Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, or other control systems is a plus, as is experience with programming, CAM, or tool optimization.
