About the Job:
As a cargo agent, you will handle goods in our terminal at Stockholm Arlanda and Arlandastad.
Your tasks will include:
Loading and unloading cargo transported by aircraft,
Loading and unloading trucks,
Sorting and checking packages,
Forklifting and more
We offer internal training including hazardous goods handling, and there are opportunities for individuals to develop and grow in their role.
Your Profile:
We're looking for someone with a forklift license and good driving experience. You have experience in terminal and/or warehouse work, and preferably experience with freight forwarding and handling air cargo.
It's extremely important that you are meticulous and have an eye for detail. You need to be a team player who puts the team before yourself. You're comfortable working with various types of tasks.
You get energy from working in a team and are a loyal team player. Your customer service skills are excellent and you have a friendly manner with customers and colleagues. You're in good physical condition, enjoy working with your body, and have an efficient and structured approach to meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
High school education,
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing,
Forklift license,
Category B driver's license,
Cleared police background check,
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Meritorious:
Experience working in a terminal or warehouse,
Industry experience in air cargo.
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
Working Hours:
Working hours vary and may be scheduled for early mornings or late evenings, as well as weekends. It may therefore be an advantage if you have access to a car to get to and from work.
Other:
A background check will be conducted in accordance with the Swedish Transport Agency's regulations, as the airport is a security-classified area.
