Your main responsibilities are:
- Design of injection molding tools for plastic components
- Technical requirements specification and dialogue with internal and external parties
- Optimization of tools for quality, cycle time, and service life
- Participation in improvement work within the department and related functions
The person we are looking for has solid experience in complex design, preferably from tool design. You have good knowledge and understanding of 3D modeling and have worked with one of the major CAD programs. You have an easy time getting up to speed on new projects, have good organizational skills, and are meticulous. To thrive and fit in at Preformance, you are an unpretentious team player who enjoys high ceilings and fast-paced days. You have experience with office applications and business systems, speak and write Swedish and English fluently, and work according to the concept of right in, right out. Experience with Top Solid and working with injection molding is advantageous.
The placement location is at Preformance's facility in Öggestorp.
