We are seeking immediately a workshop planner with site manager responsibility for our workshop in Sollentuna.
This is a role for you who enjoys having control over the workshop's daily production, creating structure, and getting people and workflows to function together. You'll have a central role in the operation with responsibility for planning, personnel, customer experience, and the workshop's results.
About the Job
As a workshop planner with site manager responsibility, you are responsible for planning and managing the daily production in the workshop. You ensure that the right work goes to the right technician, that the workshop's capacity is used efficiently, and that ongoing work is followed up so that cars are completed according to plan.
You work closely with both technicians and service advisors and have overall responsibility for daily operations at the facility. An important part of the role is being present in the operation, identifying problems early, and ensuring that work doesn't get stuck.
The role includes, among other things:
Plan and distribute the workshop's daily work
Optimize capacity utilization and available workshop capacity
Follow up on ongoing work and ensure efficient production flow
Lead, support, and develop employees
Have personnel responsibility and responsibility for daily operations
Monitor productivity, billable hours, hourly rates, and other key metrics
Work actively with the workshop's quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability
Handle deviations and help the organization solve problems that arise during the day
Ensure that the workshop's processes and manufacturer requirements are followed
Together with customer reception, ensure a high level of service to our customers
You need to understand the relationship between planning, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The role is therefore suitable for you who enjoy working both operationally and with people, and who is not afraid to make decisions.
We are Looking for You
We would like to see that you have experience from a car workshop, service sector, or similar operations. Previous experience as, for example, workshop planner, supervisor, service advisor, workshop manager, or site manager is a merit.
You are structured and solution-oriented and have the ability to maintain an overview even when the pace is high. You enjoy leading people and are clear in your communication while contributing to a good work environment.
You have good computer skills and easily pick up new systems. We work in Winassist, and previous experience with the system is a merit. Our systems and manufacturer information are in both Swedish and English, which means you need to be able to communicate well in both languages.
About the Workshop
Our facility in Sollentuna is an authorized workshop for Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Saab, and Subaru. We also handle service and repair of other vehicle brands.
