Your Role
As Workshop Manager, you have overall responsibility for the service operations in Lidköping. Today we have seven service technicians, but we are in an expansion phase with additional recruitments planned. The role includes, among other things, budget responsibility, leading and allocating work in the workshop towards established targets, key figures and KPIs. Since the position also includes personnel responsibility, you as Workshop Manager play an important role in maintaining good team cohesion and ensuring a good and safe working environment. The Workshop Manager also has an important role in supporting the service team with quotation preparation, as well as sourcing parts and components and customer invoicing.
In the role of Workshop Manager, you work closely with both customer support and sales locally as well as with other service workshops, workshop managers and other central functions.
The Workshop Manager reports to the Operations Manager
Your Profile
· Meriting knowledge in our main areas, bearings, transmissions, seals, pumps and electric motors
· Meriting knowledge in the environment and occupational health area, ISO 14000 and ISO 45000.
· Experience from a previous role involving leadership and/or experience from a mechanical engineering role
· Good system and computer skills
· Good knowledge of Swedish and English
· Class B driver's license.
