Are you handy and quality-conscious? We're now looking for a dedicated employee for the grinding department in Västra Frölunda – a hands-on role with opportunities to develop! WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a workshop worker, you will work for our client in Västra Frölunda. You will be part of the grinding department with a varied job focused on grinding sheet metal. You will work in a small team, though your tasks will be performed individually. Your main responsibilities: Grinding and grading. Manual machine programming and machine maintenance. Deliveries using a small truck. Assembly and bench work. Working hours are during daytime, with flexibility available. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS For this workshop worker role, we're looking for someone who is handy, flexible, and solution-oriented with the ability to take own initiative. You need a quality mindset and enjoy varied work; some days tasks may be routine while others are more varied and challenging. For the right person, there are good opportunities for growth within the company. Essential for the position: Previous experience working in a workshop/industrial environment. B-class driver's license. Forklifting license (counterbalance and reach truck). Fluent Swedish language skills. Desirable: Experience from the metalworking industry. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. ABOUT THE POSITION This is a full-time consulting assignment where you work Monday through Friday during daytime. You will be employed by Eterni and assigned to our client in Västra Frölunda. The assignment starts with a fixed-term contract for 6 months with good prospects for extension.
