Your Workplace Patient Records Development and User Support is part of the Health and Medical Care Staff and is responsible for coordinating, supporting, and managing the patient records system. The unit's responsibilities include user support, log review, training initiatives, troubleshooting, and operations-focused development work. Your Responsibilities As a member of our team, you'll develop and provide support for the patient records system. In addition to our core mission of user support and system management, we also participate in and lead change initiatives that impact the patient records system. The work is varied and includes both operational and development-focused tasks. You work independently while being an important part of the team. Your Knowledge and Competencies We're looking for someone with at least three years of experience from healthcare and extensive experience working with Cosmic. You also have strong ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. To succeed in this role, we see that you easily understand different operations' needs and identify solutions that create value in daily work. You're service-oriented and thrive in an operation where change, development, and improvement are a natural part of the work. You have the ability to work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive your work forward, while being organized with good planning and prioritization skills. You're flexible and feel confident taking on new tasks and challenges. You have good collaboration skills, value good relationships, and actively contribute to a positive and well-functioning work environment. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and see that you enjoy collaborating to reach common goals.
