Welcome to us The Early Social Support area consists of approximately 85 employees across five units. The units include the Reception Unit for Children and Youth, the Field Activities Unit, the Parent Counseling Unit, the Family Law Unit, and the SIG and SSPF Unit. Business Development Officers report directly to the Area Manager. We prioritize early interventions and close internal and external collaboration helps us succeed. Feel free to learn more about Stockholm City's benefits here. Your role In your assignment as a Business Development Officer, you are the link between strategic and operational work. You are an important and crucial comprehensive support to the Area Manager and Unit Managers and collaborate closely with the management team. In parallel with this, you have a key role in proactively improving and driving business planning forward to achieve set goals and improvements. Your tasks include collecting reporting materials, leading various working groups within your area, and improving internal work by managing, developing, and following up on processes and procedures. You lead various working groups both with others and independently, and participate in networks with other Business Development Officers. Your work also includes coordinating and leading operational work for internal support and participating in future projects. You report to the Area Manager. Your competence and experience We are looking for someone who has a degree in social work several years of current experience working with public authority duties in the area of children and youth good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish good IT skills It is meritorious if you have current experience with health promotion and prevention work current experience in management or other types of leadership current experience driving quality and change initiatives, for example as a Business Development Officer, project manager, or equivalent To succeed in the role of Business Development Officer, we see that you are a development-oriented and self-directed person who actively wants to contribute and take responsibility for driving the organization's development forward.
