We are looking for a Business Development Manager with BI expertise who will continue to develop, manage, and make business-critical information accessible to support operational and strategic decisions within Omställningsfonden.
About the Role
The role is central to analyzing trends, developing KPIs, and contributing to business planning and improvements. You are responsible for, among other things, data analysis, reporting, training, and process development while ensuring that the data warehouse infrastructure functions and is optimized in daily operations. The role is part of the development unit and reports to the development manager. Close collaboration with other departments is a natural part of the role.
Your workdays will be filled with varied tasks such as:
Develop and analyze trends, deviations, and results for areas relevant to Omställningsfonden
Manage procurement and results reporting of our contact measurements
Contribute to business planning, budget monitoring, and reporting through statistical development, environmental scanning, and analysis
Develop KPIs and metrics for business monitoring
Prepare and adapt data into business information and communicate it at operational and strategic levels
Lead workshops, conduct training sessions, and help create understanding of how data can be used as business information at different levels in the organization
Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and digital tools

What you bring to the role:
University or college degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
Several years of experience and expertise in business processes and their reflection in the organization's systems/data
Very strong knowledge of BI tools
Very strong understanding of how new analysis needs are identified and translated into relevant data
Ability to act as a requirements manager when information needs change
Knowledge of digital transformation and business development
It's a plus if you also have:
Experience working in a transition organization or other relevant actor in the Swedish labor market
Basic knowledge of data modeling and understanding of how these are used in analysis and reporting work
Experience working in Microsoft Power BI
Basic understanding of data warehouses, data management, and how ETL processes are used to structure and make data accessible
You are pedagogical with the ability to adapt communication based on channel, content, and target audience. You can create both storytelling and KPIs and have an analytical and proactive approach. You have a goal focus and a commitment to maintaining high quality in your work.
