You work closely with users, specialists, and business managers to identify needs, develop solutions, and drive improvements that create tangible business value. In this role, you'll work with: Systems Development and Integration Develop and enhance internal systems and applications Develop APIs and integrations between different platforms Automate manual workflows and processes Business Development Identify improvement areas together with the business Transform business needs into technical solutions Map processes and propose digitalization initiatives LAB and Technical Environment Support the development of LAB's IT and OT environments Ensure solutions are robust, secure, and sustainably designed for the long term Collaborate with internal and external partners Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and enjoys understanding the business behind the technology. To succeed in this role, you have several years of work experience and expertise in: Systems development and systems management Databases and information management Integration and APIs Business processes Working in teams and communicating fluently in Swedish and English Meritorious: Experience with Microsoft data platform, Azure, Power Platform, Fabric, Power BI Experience with Git & CI/CD Worked with OT environments, information security, and regulated operations We place great emphasis on personal qualities and your willingness to contribute to our shared work.
