This is a job for someone who wants to take responsibility. Welcome to Försäkringskassan. The FK Preparedness Unit provides tactical support to Försäkringskassan in continuity and preparedness. This includes coordinating, synchronizing, and monitoring the agency's ability to withstand disruptions, manage serious peacetime crisis situations, and carry out its duties during heightened preparedness. Preparedness Issues, Continuity Planning and Development As a Business Development Manager, you will primarily focus on Försäkringskassan's continuity and preparedness efforts, working with coordination, planning, and development of the agency's preparedness-enhancing measures. The focus will primarily be to support, coordinate, and follow up the agency's continuity and preparedness efforts. This may include: coordinate and manage tasks within continuity and preparedness provide knowledge and methodological support in continuity and preparedness matters, for example by establishing and updating crisis and continuity plans compile reports, respond to and present remittances and reviews, such as Risk and vulnerability assessments and capability assessments collaborate with other departments at Försäkringskassan and other relevant external stakeholders. You will collaborate with other business development managers within the security field and other parts of the agency. You are engaged, monitor developments in your field, and want to contribute to the collective work within the agency. It will be important to continuously evaluate various initiatives and share learnings. The position involves handling classified information, which requires high standards of proper handling. Therefore, it is crucial that you have strong security awareness. This is a job for someone who wants to take responsibility. We are looking for someone who has a degree from higher education or equivalent experience has experience working with continuity planning and preparedness issues has the ability to work independently with good initiative-taking skills has good ability to establish contacts and collaborate is well-organized and has strong analytical skills has good ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing can translate knowledge and experience into action and drive your assignments forward. It is meriting if you have similar experience from a larger organization, preferably from a government agency have good experience with business development have additional formal education within security, continuity, or preparedness have good knowledge of Försäkringskassan's organization, management processes, and mission. Remote work is possible if the work allows. Some positions at our agency involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be hired for such a position, a passed security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.
