Unit Assignment The staff office for the Support and Matching Division supports the division manager, management, and operations on issues related to planning, governance, follow-up, analysis, investigation, and coordination. We work across operations to create structure, coordination, and momentum on issues that are important for the operational area's results and long-term development. The staff currently consists of a head of staff and eight employees. The staff unit also includes a section that organizes the division's process support staff. With us, you will work close to decision-making processes and help ensure that the operation has the right conditions to achieve its goals. Job Description Our Support and Matching Division was formed on March 1st and organizes eight units and 1,000 employees throughout the country. We now need to strengthen the division staff's work with operational follow-up, preparation, and analysis with two operations coordinators. As an operations coordinator, you have a central role in coordinating and following up on the division and work closely with the manager and leadership. The role includes, among other things: Responsibility for developing materials for operational follow-up of the operation. Conducting analyses and compiling reports, materials, and presentations Contributing to work on internal governance and control, risk management, and business continuity planning Coordinating remittances, statements, and other cross-operational assignments Supporting work with operational planning and operational follow-up Ensuring structure, quality, and compliance in materials, processes, and working methods Providing qualified support to management on planning, development, and follow-up issues Our Offering The positions are permanent full-time employments that may start with a six-month probationary period. The workplace is located at Solna strand (you will be part of a newly established staff function where the need for in-person meetings is significant). More about working with us Basic Requirements for the Position University degree in, for example, political science, social science, economics, law, or another field that we consider equivalent Current experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: operational follow-up, operational analysis, remittance handling, or subject area responsibility. Good knowledge of the Swedish Public Employment Service's programs and initiatives, at least one year of current experience working at the Swedish Public Employment Service Experience in independently developing statistics, analyses, reports, and decision-making materials Experience working with goal and results follow-up Additional Merits for the Position Worked as an operations coordinator or manager at the Swedish Public Employment Service To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, analytical, and self-driven.
