About the Clinic
Here you have the opportunity to become part of Praktikertjänst's unique model where, as a co-owner, you influence the clinic's development.
The clinic is 278 m² with 5 treatment rooms shared between two co-owners. Other facilities include a staff room, sterilization area, changing room, reception, and OPG. Currently two co-owners work on-site, and there is now an opportunity to take over after one of them. The clinic is bright and modern, located one floor up with an elevator, and is fully handicap-accessible.
Responsibilities
Lead and distribute work for the staff
Work clinically as a dentist
Staff responsibility, goal and development discussions, and salary conversations
Recruitment as needed
Ensure that staff have sufficient knowledge and work with competency development
Responsibility for the work environment
Qualifications
Licensed dentist
3-5 years of work experience
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
Personal Qualities
We are looking for you, a trained dentist. You are a confident person who wants to work with different patient groups and are well familiar with diagnostics and treatment planning. You are a skilled clinician who sees it as self-evident to combine quality dental care with good patient interaction. You also enjoy leading other people.
You are a person who sees it as self-evident to be highly engaged with both your patients and the clinic's development. We believe you are curious about new solutions and opportunities. As a person, you are communicative, calm, balanced, and trustworthy when meeting with patients and colleagues.
