Your new workplace
Since May 1, 2026, WeMind operates three LARO units in Skåne. LARO refers to medication-assisted treatment and rehabilitation for opioid dependency, and the assignment is conducted under contract with Region Skåne.
The clinics are located in Ystad, Höör, and Ängelholm (also opening in Klippan on 1/10). We are now seeking an Operations Manager for Höör and Ängelholm.
About the role
As Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop our LARO units. You are responsible for patient safety, care quality, financial results, employees, and work environment.
The unit has a competent and experienced team. You report to the Chef Öppenvårdspsykiatri Sverige (Head of Outpatient Psychiatry Sweden) and the units have a local management group where you together develop the clinic and ensure the operations meet set goals.

About you
Licensed psychologist, nurse, or physician
Management and leadership experience within healthcare
Experience from psychiatry and LARO, meriting
Experience leading and distributing work in operations, while working on developing and implementing new routines, processes, and methods, meriting
As a leader, you inspire, engage, and coach in daily work. You lead through employees and thereby create participation in development and quality work. You have a positive attitude and believe the social work environment and team spirit are important.
In the role, operational tasks with short deadlines alternate with more comprehensive operations planning. We therefore seek you who are flexible and find it easy to shift focus.
