About Viljan SelfHelp HVB Viljan Selfhelp HVB is located in Norrala, Söderhamn and offers treatment services for adults with substance abuse issues, criminality, psychosocial problems and mental health concerns. The facility has 42 beds and accepts women and men aged 18 and above from across Sweden. We have special experience in meeting individuals with complex care and treatment needs, where multiple problem areas may exist simultaneously. With us, the individual, change and the path toward a sustainable life are in focus. We offer group treatment adapted to the individual's circumstances, needs and capabilities. The treatment is based on two central methods: CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and 12-step treatment. At Viljan Selfhelp, you become part of an engaged, competent and multidisciplinary team consisting of deputy operations manager, therapists, care staff, coordinators and nurse, with psychiatrist and psychologist attached to the facility on a consulting basis. Together we work to create security, motivation and conditions for change – and to ensure that each client has the opportunity to take steps toward a more independent and sustainable life. Description of the Operations Manager role In your role as Operations Manager, you work independently to drive, lead and develop the facility. You have access to a ready-made concept based on well-established quality work and systematic occupational health and safety practices with support from regional resources as well as quality, finance, marketing and HR departments. You report directly to the Regional Manager and are part of a competent management team where you receive support and guidance to succeed in your role. Key responsibilities: Responsibility for daily operations, personnel and scheduling Conduct systematic quality and operational development Ensure compliance with agreements, assignments and regulations Maintain ongoing contact with commissioning parties, employees and relatives Finance and budgeting related to the facility Ensure occupancy in line with budget and set targets Collaborate with support functions within the group Qualifications Requirements: University degree such as social worker, behavioral scientist, nurse or other equivalent education, as required by the Swedish Inspectorate for Care Services (IVO) to be a license holder Education in social law of at least 7.5 HP (if not educated as a social worker) At least 2 years of experience in a management position within healthcare and/or social care. Very good knowledge of Swedish language in both speech and writing B driving license Merits: Experience from working in private care operations Experience leading facilities in development and change Experience with budget work and financial analysis Worked in a larger organization and/or company in strong growth Summary Role: Operations Manager Type of employment: Permanent employment with 6 months probation Degree of employment: 100% Work hours: Daytime, Monday to Friday Start date: By agreement Collective agreement: Collective agreement with Almega What can we offer you?
