As Operations Manager, you will take on overall responsibility for the health center, and we are looking for someone who takes on this assignment with clarity and humility. As a manager in Region Halland, you have two assignments: to engage and motivate your employees who care for the people of Halland, and to manage and lead with a focus on results. You represent Breared Health Center and ultimately Region Halland, which means you have an understanding of the organization as a whole and your contribution to it. You will be employed on a permanent basis in your basic profession, with an appointment as manager for four years. About Breared Health Center Breared Health Center is located in an expanding area just a few minutes from central Varberg. In just over three years, we have grown from a newly started operation to over 4,400 registered patients. You contribute to providing the conditions necessary to continue delivering the highest quality care.
