About Us
Vilobacken is a small and personal senior living community where relationships are given space to flourish. Vilobacken has 44 places (all dementia care) of which 7 are short-term places. The operation is Star-Marked according to Swedish Dementia Center's training model and work has begun to become Kavat Vård's Center for Dementia. The ambition is for Vilobacken to become an operation that is specialized, research-based, and systematically adapted to people with dementia. The result is higher quality of life, security, and dignity for residents and a clearer direction for our quality work.
The operation has an administrator and a stable staff group consisting of nurses and care assistants.

About the Role
As Operations Director, you have overall responsibility for quality, staff, finances, and development. But with us, the role is more than that - you are a culture bearer, inspirator, and enabler.
You lead the operation with heart and direction. You are close to the operation, visible in daily life, and confident in your role. Together with your team, you create structure, work enjoyment, and high quality – always with the residents' best interests in mind.
You:
lead and develop the operation based on legal requirements, agreements, and Kavat Vård's values
create conditions for staff to grow and take responsibility
work actively with quality and continuous improvements
have overall responsibility for finances and results
build good relationships with family members, purchasers, and partners
lead the operation's journey toward becoming Kavat Vård's Center for Dementia
You are part of Kavat Vård's management team and have support from colleagues in quality, HR, finance, and communication.
