Interim Operations Manager with Opportunity for Further Career Development
Would you like to take over two established LSS residential facilities in Uppsala while embarking on a clear development path toward launching and leading one or more of our new units in 2027/2028? We are seeking a driven Operations Manager for an interim position combined with comprehensive onboarding before our upcoming expansions in Uppsala and Stockholm.
About the Role

During the interim period, you will have operational, financial, and personnel responsibility for two established LSS residential facilities in Uppsala. You will lead staff in daily operations, ensure high quality and safety for our clients, and drive the business forward based on their needs.
Simultaneously, the interim position serves as an entry point and a solid introduction to our region. We plan to launch several new units in Stockholm and Uppsala during 2027 and 2028. For the right person, the goal is that during your time with us you build the knowledge and experience required to subsequently take responsibility for one of these new establishments.

Qualifications
Relevant university education (for example, social worker, behavioral scientist, or other education approved by IVO to be listed on the license).
Documented experience in leadership and work within LSS.
Good knowledge of applicable legislation and quality systems.
Driver's license (Category B).
