You work close to the operations and are based at Landskronavägen, where the unit managers operate from, and Maria Park. Job Responsibilities As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for group housing and BODA units (housing and daily activities). You lead with a strong user focus and a health-promoting perspective. The operational area also includes a staffing and administration unit that supports the entire support services operation. Through indirect leadership, you manage the operations together with the current 11 unit managers in your management team. You create conditions for active, close, and sustainable leadership and drive development based on the committee's goals and direction. We are in a development phase where the focus is on quality, work environment, and economics. Creating stability and good conditions for the unit managers is a central part of the assignment. We are also working on exciting development work to strengthen the target group focus and create better opportunities for housing careers that follow the individual's needs throughout life. To succeed, we need new ways of working, digital solutions, and an innovative approach where both quality and resource efficiency are in focus. You are part of the department manager's management team together with other operations managers and a development manager. What Do We Need? We need you with several years of experience in leading positions and experience managing other managers. Experience working with the target group is a requirement for the assignment. A university degree is a requirement. You have experience working in a politically governed organization, are accustomed to collaborating with trade union parties, and have a good understanding of the regulations governing the operational area.
