Hammarbygruppen AB is a healthcare provider offering short-term residential care for people under and over 65 years of age, as well as permanent residential care for people with dementia. A total of 66 beds. Our short-term residential facility provides nursing care and support under the Social Services Act (SoL) to patient groups who need the opportunity to recover from illness or injury, as well as other services. At our permanent dementia residential facility, we offer housing for people over and under 65 years of age with a dementia diagnosis. Together, we create a safe and stable living environment and adequate care for all stages of life for people with dementia. We expect you to have strong collaboration and communication skills, be flexible, and have great initiative. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and have the ability to make independent decisions and feel confident in your role. As Operations Manager, we expect you to have a license as a registered nurse or social worker, with previous experience in similar tasks. We are looking for someone with documented leadership experience. You have thorough knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, directives, general advice, and national action programs. Responsibilities: Lead daily operational work. Create and maintain good relationships with staff, residents, clients, family members, and various external partners. You will be responsible for planning, leading, developing, and monitoring operations. Quality development. Member of the company's management team.
