About the role You will be part of a cohesive team of architects where you work closely with the business to create understanding, direction, and alignment around future development. As a Business Architect, you play a central role in describing the current state, defining the target vision, and enabling change by connecting strategy, business, and IT. You collaborate closely with business managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Tech Leads, and management teams to ensure that change initiatives support the bank's long-term goals. Part of your daily work will consist of:
Defining, visualizing, and further developing the business's capabilities, processes, and value flows
Serving as an advisory partner to the business on matters related to business development, digitalization, and prioritization
Building bridges between business and IT to create shared understanding and effective implementation

Furthermore, we would like to see that you have:
Several years of experience in business development, change management, or architecture work
Good understanding of business processes, capability modeling, and target architecture
Experience working closely with both business and IT
Ability to facilitate workshops and lead dialogues between different stakeholders
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
