We are now seeking an engaged full-time leader for our planned rehabilitation unit, Sportrehab Borås.
Planned start of operations is March 1, 2027, and your employment start date is February 1.
Job Description
As Operations Manager and operations director, you will be responsible for the entire operation, both financially and practically, with a strong focus on caring for our ambitious and driven employees. A small portion of your role will also involve patient work in primary care with a focus on sports medicine rehabilitation.
You will lead a team consisting of at least 4 physical therapists, 1 occupational therapist, and 1 operations coordinator (administrator).

Requirements
License as a physical therapist or occupational therapist.
Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility.

Advanced training in leadership.
Experience in primary care and/or sports medicine work.
Academic advanced training.
What We Offer
You will be trained in our working methods and routines by our current operations managers at Sportrehab's 4 units, as well as our establishment manager, with whom you will work in parallel during the initial period. You will receive considerable support from our financial manager, IT manager, research and development manager, operations coordinators, and not least our CEO and operations managers at the other rehabilitation units, who together form a management team for our entire organization.
We actively invest in further education for our leaders through selected literature and media, leadership courses, internal lectures, regular discussions, and evaluations.
