Right now we're looking for an experienced verification engineer at Infotiv for a consulting assignment in systems integration & verification (I&V) of the latest radar systems for surveillance and defense. The most important areas of responsibility in the role Here are the areas that define the role and where you'll spend most of your time: Integration and verification of radar systems: You plan, prepare and perform integration and verification of advanced sensor and surveillance systems at the interface between hardware, software and system design. Data analysis and error reporting: You analyze test data from completed tests, identify deviations in system performance and report and follow up on results. Test methodology and rig development: You develop and improve test methods, test rigs and automated test environments to streamline I&V work. Field testing and cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with systems engineers, software developers and test pilots, and participate in field tests and customer demonstrations (which may involve travel both within Sweden and internationally). The team and working method You'll become part of a strong and cohesive I&V team responsible for quality assurance of surveillance radar systems. The team consists of systems verifiers with different specialized expertise who work closely together across organizational boundaries. The environment is creative and characterized by collaboration, with a good balance between work and leisure. Since the assignment includes physical testing, lab environments and high security classification, you work together on-site in Gothenburg as well as out on field trials. Who are you today? For you to thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have: At least 4 years of experience in systems integration and verification (I&V) or testing of complex electronic systems. Engineering degree (university or master's degree) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems science or equivalent. Ability to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Swedish citizenship (an absolute requirement as the position requires security clearance placement) and residence or commuting distance to Gothenburg. We would also like to see that you have: Experience from the defense or aviation industry, knowledge in radar technology/signal processing/radio wave propagation, familiarity with Linux/networking, and programming skills for data analysis (e.g., Python, MATLAB or C++).
