What you will do: - Plan and implement health and nursing care for people with intellectual disabilities, potentially combined with physical disabilities, - lead a team of nurses and social services workers, - manage and oversee the content of medical documentation, - be responsible for reporting nursing services to health insurance companies, - be responsible for compliance with hygiene regulations, - be responsible for the quality and quantity of meals, cooperate with the food supplier, - assess applications from prospective service users in the area of health and nursing care. What we require from you: - At least secondary professional education with a diploma in accordance with Law No. 96/2004 Coll. on non-physician health professions or education in physician health professions regulated by Law No. 95/2004 Coll., or higher education, - health fitness, hepatitis B vaccination according to § 9, Decree 537/2006 Coll., - practical experience in the field, - ability to organize and lead a team, - knowledge of social services issues, - knowledge of food service operations and hygiene standards, - knowledge of reporting health services to health insurance companies, - understanding of relevant legislation, - administrative skills, ability to work on a PC, - flexibility, communication skills, empathy, assertiveness, - responsibility for work with people with intellectual disabilities, - willingness to continue developing and learning, - clean criminal record, - category B driver's license.
