We require a secondary education diploma with a high school graduate certificate (registered nurse) or a specialized healthcare vocational school diploma, at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in social services, knowledge of legislative issues and quality standards is a plus, excellent communication skills, information management capabilities, outstanding written expression, positive attitude toward working with seniors, stress resilience, willingness, flexibility, good health status, criminal record clearance, and IT literacy.
