- We are looking for a personality who: has experience managing people, coordinating and organizing team work, can combine professional quality of services provided with a humane and respectful approach to clients, is independent, responsible and organizationally capable, can communicate effectively with employees, clients, family members and external partners, wants to actively develop modern social services for seniors and persons with dementia.
- We require: higher education, experience in the field of social or health services is advantageous, we expect managerial skills such as team leadership, economic skills, planning, control or organizational abilities, good knowledge of legislation (Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, as amended, good orientation in labor law issues and other regulations focused on social work), excellent computer user skills, independence as well as teamwork ability, capacity for self-reflection, high work commitment, ability to work in a dynamic environment, reliability, flexibility and loyalty, very good organizational and communication skills, user knowledge of PC work, group B driver's license, clean criminal record and health fitness.
