We are looking for an experienced production manager with experience in printing production who can combine technical knowledge with good people management for our production team.
If you are knowledgeable about printing, understand production processes, and can organize work so that orders are produced on time, with quality, and efficiently, we'd like to meet you.
This is a fixed-term employment contract, single-shift operation – flexible working hours.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: managing and organizing daily printing production operations; planning production capacities and individual orders; coordinating production teams and interdependencies of individual production operations; monitoring fulfillment of production plans, deadlines, and productivity; solving operational production problems; collaborating with technology, sales, procurement, and warehouse departments; overseeing quality and production efficiency; optimizing production procedures and utilization of machinery and staff; leading, motivating, and developing production employees; responsibility for compliance with work, safety, and quality standards.
WE EXPECT FROM YOU: experience in printing production – printing shop experience is essential for us; experience managing or coordinating a production team; ability to plan production and work with production capacities; good understanding of interdependencies of individual production operations; ability to respond quickly to changes and solve problems operatively; natural authority and ability to work with people; organizational and communication skills; independence, responsibility, and decisiveness; user knowledge of MS Office; technical thinking and desire to find more efficient solutions.
