Leadership and coordination of the operator team, including shift planning, managing daily operations, and oversight of workplace organization and order Supervision of printing equipment operations, with focus on print quality, proper machine operation, and adherence to safety regulations. Responsibility for the technical condition of equipment, collaboration on its maintenance, optimization, and evaluation of operational efficiency. Management of operational documentation and reporting, including preparation of regular summaries for company management. Communication with foreign suppliers regarding procurement of spare parts, service, and materials necessary for operations.
