Production Team Leader

You will fulfill the production plan for your assigned facility in the required quality, quantity, packaging, and timeframe. You will lead and coordinate your team of subordinates. You will report on the completion of assigned tasks. You are responsible for continuous improvement of shift targets. You will promptly and efficiently resolve discrepancies and complaints. You will ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. You will hand over your facility in proper condition to the next shift. You will work with us in small teams where we will teach you everything, in a clean and modern environment. The work is easy; the products have low weight. We will provide you with work clothing and protective equipment. From you, we expect reliability, diligence, responsibility, attention to detail, adherence to work procedures, willingness to learn new things, and active team collaboration. Experience in similar production is welcome. Benefits offered: Average monthly salary after training 29.000,- Kč. Company cafeteria with a choice of three meals.
