- Job Responsibilities: TPM - data management, evaluation, technical record-keeping and documentation of machines and equipment, responsibility for organizing and directing maintenance operations, assessment and management of maintenance staff, task allocation and performance monitoring, supervision of repairs, preventive maintenance planning, administrative activities and technical documentation work, ensuring operational readiness of machines and equipment, arranging external repairs and modifications, long-term maintenance planning, communication with equipment suppliers, external service providers for machinery operations and spare parts
- Requirements: Secondary/Higher education in mechanical or electrical engineering, experience working in and leading teams, ability to read and understand technical drawings, technical background and experience with machinery maintenance, PC proficiency, Class B driver's license, professional qualification pursuant to Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll., § 6 (advantageous)
- Advantageous - knowledge of TPM and modern preventive maintenance organization, communicative English skills
- Company Offers: Starting salary based on qualifications and experience from 28,000 - 38,000 Kč + variable salary component up to 20%, 5 weeks vacation, meals in company facilities (employer meal allowance), free access to Haná recreational area, pension contribution supplement, 13th salary based on company financial results
