Start date available IMMEDIATELY. Job Responsibilities: Independent processing of accounting and control reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for the head office. Comprehensive accounting management, including payroll, invoicing, tax filings, travel expenses, and communication with authorities. Local point of contact for colleagues, external authorities, and collaboration with tax advisor and auditor. Preparation of the company's annual budget in cooperation with local management and monitoring its execution. Analysis of company results, identification of variances, and proposals for optimization. Proactive implementation of company personnel measures and resolution of personnel matters in cooperation with local management. Management and development of your own department. Work on projects focused on innovation and increased efficiency of the department. Regular updating of processes in all areas of your function and beyond, in coordination with the company headquarters. Requirements: Language skills: advanced English language proficiency at C1 or C2 level according to CEFR, ability to communicate effectively daily in an international environment both in writing and verbally.
