close collaboration with the current technical department head in managing workshop and repair operations
gradual involvement in organizing and coordinating repair work
assigning and monitoring work of technical department employees
monitoring and processing work reports from technical department staff
ensuring the purchase of spare parts, fuel, and materials
management and monitoring of technical condition of machinery, vehicles, buildings, and equipment
oversight of maintenance and repair facility operations
asset inventory, energy consumption, and fuel tracking
participation in ensuring occupational safety and fire protection
communication and cooperation with other departments
Who we are looking for:
a technically oriented and practically minded person
an independent and organizationally capable worker
someone interested in developing and gradually expanding their competencies
experience with maintenance, repairs, or transportation
experience managing people is an advantage
minimum secondary education with diploma
basic computer skills
driver's license category B (category T or C is an advantage)
