We require: - Secondary education, preferably in a technical field - 3-5 years of experience in the field - customer-focused approach and results orientation - team management experience - excellent communication skills - strong organizational abilities - ability to work under pressure - high level of decision-making skills. Main responsibilities: - Responsible for ensuring quality and efficient management of the building supplies operation while achieving set revenue, margin, and high customer satisfaction targets in the assigned region - Independent management and organization of the facility (operations, sales, personnel) - Negotiations with business partners - Preparation of quotes for customers - Regular monitoring of selling prices and sales margins - Regular evaluation and handling of complaints with suppliers / customers - Optimization and management of inventory, pallet management - Regular monitoring of technical equipment condition, marketing and informational materials, facilities and company assets with subsequent submission of requests for remedying identified defects - Activities related to the operation of the construction equipment rental service.
