Position: Software Engineering Lead - Industrial Authorization (PLC/HMI) - suitable also for persons with disabilities Start Date: By agreement, Salary: 40,000 - 80,000 CZK/month Work Location: Březohorská č.p. 253, Příbram VII 261 01 Příbram 1 Contact: Lucie Zápotočná, email: [email protected] Detailed Information: What awaits you with us • You will lead and develop a team of software engineers and industrial automation designers • Managing the technical aspects of automation projects including capacity planning and resource allocation • Designing control system architecture and overseeing the quality of delivered solutions • Participating in PLC system programming and configuration • Overseeing the design and development of HMI/SCADA applications • Collaboration with project management, electrical designers, manufacturing, sales and customers • Creating and maintaining technical standards, methodologies and documentation • Providing technical support during FAT/SAT tests, system commissioning and troubleshooting operational issues • Mentoring team members and developing their technical competencies • Participating in commercial-technical negotiations and proposal preparation What we need from you • Secondary or higher technical education, ideally in automation, electrical engineering, cybernetics, industrial control or similar field • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation • Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical teams or managing technical projects • Demonstrable experience with PLC system design and programming • Practical experience with HMI or SCADA application development Explanations see page 2 (or last page).
