Production Shift Supervisor

Description:

- Monitor production progress during shift, monitor and optimize product and process quality. - Visual inspection of equipment, responsibility for process capability of extrusion equipment and for order, cleanliness, and safety in production. - Report necessary repairs and maintenance of equipment, report malfunctions. - Plan and manage work processes with the help of the production control center with regard to existing capacities and conduct standardized shift handovers. - Check production procedures, products withdrawn to the mixer for further production, and release of finished goods. - Check optimization of the production plan with the production manager. - Lead, supervise, and care for shift employees. - Ensure compliance with existing safety regulations and work instructions. - Coordinate required documentation during the shift and record completed work activities.
