PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR

22.7.2026 - Organization and coordination of shift work, leadership of operators, setup technicians and other production staff, ensuring smooth production operations, meeting production plans within specified quality and deadlines, monitoring compliance with work and technological procedures, oversight of workplace safety and order, addressing operational situations and problems during the shift, collaboration with quality, logistics, maintenance and technical teams, support, development and evaluation of employees, ensuring effective information transfer between shifts, active participation in improving work organization and production processes. Min. vocational training, experience in people management preferred, ability to organize work and set priorities, ability to read technical and drawing documentation, basic PC skills, experience with ERP or manufacturing information system preferred, knowledge of production quality standards, basic knowledge of 5S and occupational safety principles, valid category B driver's license, communicative English language skills.
