Additional Information: Job Responsibilities: - Oversee manufacturing operations during the shift - Coordinate and manage the production team on shift - Monitor achievement of production targets - Operationally resolve problems and escalate issues directly on the shop floor - Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations - Train operators during the shift - Report shift results and any production issues - Support continuous improvement and process optimization - Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams - Coordinate production orders in ERP systems and material flow - Ensure material receipt at production lines - Responsibility for final packaging both in the system and physically
