You will fulfill the production plan for your assigned workstations with the required quality, quantity, packaging, and timeline. You will lead and coordinate your team of subordinates. You will report on task completion. You are responsible for continuous improvement of shift objectives. You resolve discrepancies and complaints promptly and efficiently. You ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. You hand over your workstation in good order to the next shift. You will work with us in small teams where we train you in everything, in a clean and modern environment. The work is light, with low-weight products. We provide you with work clothing and protective equipment. We expect from you reliability, industriousness, responsibility, attention to detail, adherence to work procedures, willingness to learn new things, and active collaboration in the team. Experience in similar production is welcome. Benefits offered: average monthly salary after training 37,000 Kč. Possibility to request regular salary advance payments. In-house cafeteria with a choice of three meals.
