Description:

Technical education required, preferably mechanical engineering; minimum 3 years of experience in the same position (master/workshop master); strong knowledge of technical manufacturing processes (machining, automotive); familiarity with operational tools, measurements, and technology is an advantage; experience managing personnel (evaluations, recruitment, motivation); knowledge of labor code and employment law (shift planning, vacation scheduling, training); knowledge of automotive certification standards and specifications; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; process- and economically-oriented approach and mindset; teamwork, flexibility, initiative, and high-level organizational skills.
