Job Responsibilities: - Manage the school cafeteria operations - Organize school cafeteria staff - Create meal plans in accordance with nutritional recommendations and consumer baskets - Order food supplies and manage inventory - Handle administrative tasks related to cafeteria operations - Communicate with school leadership, suppliers, and diners. Requirements: - High school education with a diploma in gastronomy (minimum) - Experience in school food service - Knowledge of school food service regulations and hygiene standards - Prepare materials for accounting and inventory - Communication with suppliers and customers - User-level proficiency with PC applications - MS Office; experience with school cafeteria software - Experience managing teams.
