WORKPLACE: Míškovice - Job Responsibilities: establishing operations of a new preschool cafeteria, supervising and organizing kitchen staff, creating meal menus according to school nutrition guidelines, monitoring compliance with food baskets and nutritional standards, ordering food supplies, communicating with suppliers, managing inventory and record-keeping, responsibility for compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP), administrative tasks related to cafeteria operations - Requirements: secondary education (gastronomy education is an advantage), work experience in the field - Position: 0.2 FTE (8th salary grade), possibility to combine with a 0.8 FTE cook position, totaling full-time position - by agreement - Contact: In person at the workplace or by phone Mon-Fri, 8:00 - 14:00 (Ms. Matušková, tel: 606 068 232) or send written applications with a structured CV to: [email protected]
