Warehouse Manager - Blansko Manufacturing Plant (M/F)

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager (M/F) with extensive experience in a similar position for our manufacturing plant in Blansko. We are not looking for just an ordinary warehouse worker. We need a capable and experienced professional who can assess the current state of the warehouse, organize it, create a system for inventory tracking and material organization, and ensure its long-term efficient operation. Job responsibilities: warehouse organization and management; responsibility for warehouse operations; creation and implementation of an inventory tracking and material organization system; monitoring of material receipt, dispatch, and movement; organization of warehouse spaces; conducting inventories and inspecting warehouse stock; collaboration with production and other departments; identifying current problems and proposing solutions; establishing and implementing efficient work procedures. We require: minimum 5 years of technical experience; experience in warehouse management or organization; good knowledge of how manufacturing enterprises operate; significant advantage: experience with metal materials, working in a metal warehouse, metalworking, or manufacturing with metal materials; practical and independent approach to work; good organizational skills; ability to create a functional system and ensure its long-term operation.
