We are looking for an HR specialist / HR manager for our team in Brno who will be responsible for the company's personnel agenda and will actively collaborate with management and employees. We are seeking a person with HR experience who can independently organize their work, is responsible, and communicates well with people. Job responsibilities: experience in HR / personnel administration; knowledge of Czech labor law, independence, responsibility and good organizational skills, management of personnel and HR agenda; recruitment and selection of new employees; communication with candidates; organization of onboarding for new employees; preparation and management of employment documentation; communication with employees and handling routine personnel matters; collaboration with company management; development and implementation of internal HR processes. We require knowledge of Czech, Russian, and Ukrainian languages, English is a plus. Other arrangements are possible by agreement at an in-person meeting. Employer consent to employee card.
