Completed secondary vocational education with graduation certificate, relevant experience in food service operations, experience in school cafeteria preferred. Knowledge of HACCP system, hygiene standards, nutritional guidelines from MZČR for consumer basket, and other operational requirements associated with kitchen management. Independence, reliability, responsibility, ability to manage staff, and computer skills. Monday – Friday, morning shift 6:00 – 14:30. Salary classification for public service and administration employees according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., salary grade 8. Initial contract for one year with possibility of renewal.
