GROCERY STORE MANAGER (M/F)

What your typical day will look like: • You are responsible for your assigned store and its team. • You plan shifts, organize people's work, and set daily priorities. • You order goods, monitor freshness, and check correct product display. • You ensure quality customer service and handle operational situations. • You recruit, train, and develop new colleagues. • You maintain store presentation according to standards - cleanliness, order, product availability. Who we're looking for: • A leader who can manage and motivate a team - ideally with grocery store experience. • A person with a professional and human approach to colleagues and customers. • Someone who can make decisions, solve problems, and maintain store rhythm. • Reliability, responsibility, and planning skills are essential. • Basic PC skills. Secondary education (apprenticeship certificate / high school diploma). • Everything else you will learn - processes, procedures, standards.
